Terms and Conditions for Event Party Rental

1. Booking & Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your event date and rental items. The remaining balance is due once the items are dropped off. We accept payment via Zelle or Venmo.

2. Cancellation Policy:
All bookings are final. No cancellations, refunds, or date changes are allowed for any reason once the deposit is made.
Clients are advised to confirm event details before placing a booking.

3. Delivery & Pickup:
Delivery and pickup times will be scheduled in advance. Customers will be notified when they are next on the delivery schedule and will receive approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour advance notice prior to arrival. Delays caused by inaccessible locations or weather are not the responsibility of the rental company. The client must ensure clear access for delivery and pickup. Additional fees may apply for after-hours delivery/pickup or excessive wait times.

4. Setup & Breakdown:
Setup and breakdown of certain items (e.g., tents) are included unless otherwise stated. Customer must not move or alter any setup by rental staff unless authorized in writing.

5. Responsibilities & Damages:
The client assumes full responsibility for the rented items from the time of delivery until pickup. Lost, stolen, or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost. Items must be returned clean and in the same condition as delivered. Cleaning fees may apply if items are excessively dirty.

6. Use of Equipment:
Equipment is to be used only for its intended purpose. No open flames, paint, adhesives, or other damaging materials may be used near rental items. Tents must not be used during high winds, storms, or unsafe conditions.

7. Liability & Insurance:
The rental company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages during the use of rental equipment. The client is encouraged to obtain event insurance to cover potential liabilities.

8. Weather Policy:
We do not offer refunds due to bad weather. It is the client’s responsibility to have an alternative plan. Tents and other weather-sensitive equipment are not guaranteed to be weatherproof or safe under severe conditions.

9. Permits & Regulations:
The client is responsible for obtaining any permits or licenses required for the event (e.g., park permits, fire department approval).The client must ensure compliance with all local regulations and venue rules.

10. Force Majeure:
The rental company is not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or labor strikes.

11. Agreement:
By making a booking or deposit, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
